As a trainer and facilitator, I work with organizations and individuals as they grow, make decisions, share their expertise, and change our communities and the world.
I support them to: - train and motivate staff, board, and participants--and inspire others to join, deepen their engagement, advocate, volunteer, and take action - serve their missions, identifying and building on their unique values, cultures, and strengths - building and sustain strong, well-functioning, and cohesive teams - develop, train, and support leaders - create and hone effective, accessible, and equitable systems |
