My writing has appeared in countless sticker-covered notebooks and moleskine journals, and on post-it notes and scraps of paper throughout my house, as well as in (or recognized by) the publications above. I am a trainer and facilitator, and I have led writing workshops for men who are incarcerated, veterans, real estate agents, teachers, and many others. I hold a degree in African-American Studies with a minor in Art History from Washington University in St. Louis. A Midwesterner by birth and at heart, I write, run, read, and live in Portland, Oregon, USA.
