As a trainer and facilitator, I work with people and organizations to:
- create and deliver trainings that educate and motivate staff, board, and participants--and inspire others to join, deepen their engagement, advocate, volunteer, and take action - serve their missions, identifying and building on their unique values, cultures, and strengths - organize and sustain strong, well-functioning, and cohesive teams - develop, train, and support leaders - develop and hone effective, accessible, and equitable systems |
